When you have placed your order, we send you an email confirmation, if you have provided us with your email address. If we for any reason would not be able to deliver all products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.


No shipping fees will be charged if you purchase for more than 100 Euro. Otherwise the shipping fee is 5,67 Euro. The prices, stated in Euro, include 12% VAT, excluding shipping fees (some products are connected with 25% VAT). Orders can only be made by persons are 18 years old or more who are not under guardianship.


We deliver within the EU with the carriers PostNord or DHL.

Our target is that the customer shall receive their products within 2 - 4 workdays within EU. The delivery time may however vary depending on the quantity of orders that are processed by us and such circumstances that are out of our control.

When your order is processed, the amount for the ordered products is charged. You will receive an e-mail when the goods have been sent from our facility.


We offer the payment methods Payson Checkout, credit card or bank transfer.

You as a consumer are entitled to a period of 14 days to withdraw when making purchases on the Internet in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) based on Directive 2011/83/EU. Your ordered goods must be unused and in the same condition as they were upon delivery with all labels.

Always contact our customer service at info@nirvara.se before returning goods, regardless of reason.

Refunds/corrections of returns are made as soon as the returned goods are received and registered. If you have paid with a credit or bank card, the refund will be made to the same card.

You only pay for the goods that you keep and for shipping fees.


For all card transactions SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is applied, which means that the transactions are encrypted. Card payments are made with Payson, who checks the card’s validity and that there is coverage for the purchase sum. For your payment security, there is also support for 3D-secure, a safety solution for card payments over the Internet that is supplied by Master SecureCode or Verified by Visa.


We reserve us for any errors in image, text and/or pricing. Any disputes are shall be handled by Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes). We at NirVara Sweden always follow the Board’s recommendations.


When you register as a member or complete a purchase you accept that we store and use your details in our business in order to fulfill our commitments in relation to you. We never provide your personal details to a third party.

According to the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) (based on Directive 95/46/EC) you have the right to ask for the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request it to be corrected or removed.


Under force majeure conditions, our commitments are delayed. In case of a force majeure condition lasting for more than two months, the consumer or we, NirVara, have the right to cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay damages. With force majeure it, among other things, includes strikes, disease among staff, transport disruptions, import/export prohibitions, regardless of whether it occurs at us as a company or our suppliers.
